At Movement Collective, we start by helping you understand how your body moves, then build lasting strength, mobility, and confidence through intelligent, personalized coaching. We offer personal training and small-group movement sessions for adults who want thoughtful guidanceβnot crowded gyms.

Personal Training
Private 30 or 55 Minute Sessions tailored to your body, goals and schedule. We assess how you move, identify imbalances, and build a training plan that improves strength, mobility, and resilience.
Small Group Classes
Intentional sessions that focus on mobility, strength, and control β not chaos. Youβll get personal attention in a supportive group environment where you will feel a sense of structure and community.
βI began training with Carmelo 11 years ago after injuring my shoulder. My goal was to strengthen it and prevent future injuries, and Carmelo did exactly that. Once my shoulder was healed, I continued training with him for total-body strength and conditioning. Carmelo has a rare ability to assess a clientβs movement and immediately identify where improvements are needed. Consistent training has kept my body strong, balanced and injury-free and I love it. βMy husband, Dan, and I started training with Carmelo in 2017. We wanted to learn how to train our bodies to move optimally and improve flexibility, not just move weight on a machine.
