Training Built for You.

Personal Training

Every 30 or 55 minute session is designed around your body, your history, and your goals. We help you build strength at a pace that makes sense. Starting can feel intimidating, but you just have to be willing. We’ll meet you where you are and help you take the first step.

Small Group Classes

Our small group training combines individualized coaching with the energy of a supportive community. Intentional sessions that focus on mobility, strength, and control — not chaos. You’ll be coached, supported, and guided.

I began training with Carmelo 11 years ago after injuring my shoulder. My goal was to strengthen it and prevent future injuries, and Carmelo did exactly that. Once my shoulder was healed, I continued training with him for total-body strength and conditioning. Carmelo has a rare ability to assess a client’s movement and immediately identify where improvements are needed. Consistent training has kept my body strong, balanced and injury-free and I love it. My husband, Dan, and I started training with Carmelo in 2017. We wanted to learn how to train our bodies to move optimally and improve flexibility, not just move weight on a machine.
