Movement
A strength and conditioning class that builds functional mobility and endurance through intentional, full-body training. Expect varied, progressive exercises that improve power, stability, and coordination.
Monday & Friday 6:00am to 6:45am
Perform
This class focuses on speed agility, and quickness while challenging the body’s natural movement patterns. This is the chance to train your body to its optimal performance level through H.I.I.T, endurance training, and conditioning.
Tuesday & Thursday 5:00pm to 5:45pm
Fight Club
This self-defense fight club emphasizes real-world safety. Training focuses on awareness, de-escalation, and practical physical skills to build confidence, resilience, and personal preparedness in a controlled, supportive environment.
Saturday 7:00am to 8:00am
Yoga
A fluid, breath-led class that blends strength, mobility, and mindful flow. Thoughtful sequencing and functional movement build stability, coordination, and ease, with options to modify or progress for all levels.
Wednesday 10:00am to 10:45am
Qi Gong
With the aim of stretching the body, calming the mind, and regulating the breath, we will move through simple postures, engage breathing techniques, and rest. Open to all levels, including those who are new to the practice!

Where are the group fitness events held?
Our studio is located in West Chester, PA but can support groups from all surrounding areas.
How many participants are permitted?
We try to keep groups to 12 or under, but let us know if you are hoping to bring more people and we can discuss options.
Who are private group fitness events for?
Our group fitness events are ideal for corporate teams, sports teams, organizations, friend groups, and celebrations. A unique event to bring people together, sweat, and have fun!
Do participants need fitness experience?
No. All group fitness events are scaled appropriately so participants of all levels can train safely and effectively.
