Yoga
Our yoga classes focus on restoring the natural range of motion of various systems within the body. This flow class helps you discover your body’s movement in a small group setting. All fitness levels are welcome to join. (45 Minutes)
Movement
Movement classes focuses on mobility, flexibility, strength, and coordination. There is a special emphasis on spine health and injury prevention. All fitness levels are welcome to join. (45 minutes-2 Hours)
Perform
Perform classes challenge the body’s natural movement patterns and reinforces the basics taught in the Function and Movement classes. This is the chance to train your body to its optimal performance level. Conditioning work, H.I.I.T, and Endurance Training are just some of the tools utilized to help you reach your peak. While the class is a faster paced, all fitness levels are welcome to move at their own speed. (45 Minutes)
