If Movement Collective feels like a good fit, we’ll recommend the best place to begin — whether that’s personal training or a small group environment.

Step 3 – Your First Session

Your first session is about learning your body, not pushing your limits. We focus on understanding how you move and helping you feel comfortable in the space.
